How to Build a Kitchen Cabinet Door

Step 1: Measure and Cut the Pieces

The first step is to measure and cut the pieces of wood that will make up the door. The 1x4 boards will be used for the frame, and the 1x6 board will be used for the panel. Cut the 1x4 boards to the desired height and width of the door, and cut the 1x6 board to fit inside the frame.

Step 2: Assemble the Frame

Once the pieces are cut, it's time to assemble the frame. Apply wood glue to the edges of the 1x4 boards, and clamp them together. Make sure the corners are square, and allow the glue to dry completely.
