Build Slide Out Shelves Kitchen Cabinets

3/4-inch plywood

Instructions:

Cut the plywood.

Cut the 3/4-inch plywood to the desired size of the shelves. The shelves should be at least 1 inch shorter than the width of the cabinet opening. The 1/4-inch plywood will be used to create the drawer fronts. Cut the 1/4-inch plywood to the same width as the 3/4-inch plywood, and cut it to a height that is 1 inch shorter than the height of the cabinet opening. 2.

Assemble the drawer boxes.

Cut the 1x2s and 1x4s to the desired length. The 1x2s will be used to create the drawer sides, and the 1x4s will be used to create the drawer front and back. Assemble the drawer boxes using wood screws and wood glue. 3.

Attach the drawer fronts.

Center the drawer fronts on the drawer boxes and attach them using wood screws. 4.

Install the drawer slides.

Install the drawer slides on the sides of the drawer boxes and the inside of the cabinet opening. Make sure that the drawer slides are level. 5.

Insert the drawers.

Insert the drawers into the cabinet opening. The drawers should slide smoothly and easily.
